These terms govern your use of mintormiss.com ("mintormiss," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
mintormiss is a price tracking and collection management tool for trading cards, including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, and Disney Lorcana. We show raw and graded price data, price history, and tools to help you track your own collection and decide whether grading a card makes sense.
mintormiss is an independent, third party tool. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Disney, or any other publisher whose card names, sets, or artwork appear on this site. All trademarks, card names, and card imagery belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify and describe the actual cards being tracked.
Prices, price history, "fair value" estimates, and grading recommendations on mintormiss are informational only. They are not financial, investment, or professional grading advice. Card values are volatile, our estimates can be wrong or incomplete, and a card's actual grade is determined solely by the grading company you submit it to, never by us. Do your own research before buying, selling, or submitting a card for grading.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service and to make any purchases. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.
You can use core parts of mintormiss without an account (guest mode), with lower usage limits than a free account. Creating a free account removes some of those limits at no cost.
mintormiss offers a free tier and two paid tiers (currently Grader and Vault), billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Some outbound links to eBay, TCGplayer, and similar marketplaces are affiliate links. mintormiss may earn a commission on purchases made through them, at no extra cost to you. This never affects the prices or listings we show you.
We pull pricing data from third party sources (including Scrydex and eBay's public listing data) and refresh it on a schedule, not in real time. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any price, price history, population count, or grading estimate shown on the site.

The cards, notes, and cost information you enter belong to you. You can export or delete your data at any time; see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how.
mintormiss is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim liability for losses arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on pricing or grading information shown here.
To the extent permitted by law, mintormiss's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or 100 dollars if you're on the free tier.
We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers. Continuing to use mintormiss after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of mintormiss will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
