Vault is live now, including scan-to-add. Graded prices are accurate for every tier, free included. Real price history is tiered: Free gets 7 days, Grader gets a full month, Vault gets everything available with no cap. Vault also adds photo scanning on top, plus much higher daily limits.

Searching for a new card you haven't added yet. Refreshing a price on a card you already own is separate and has its own, higher hourly limit.
